Fazlon is one of the founders of Energia Fitness Singapore. With more than 25 years of personal training experience, he has an exceptional knowledge on all things health and fitness. He started his personal training career at Planet fitness (now known as True Fitness), garnering multiple "Top Personal Trainer" awards during his time there. He then moved on to become a freelance personal trainer, before deciding to start his own gym.

Throughout his years in the trade, Fazlon has appeared in various media publications including "The Straits Times" for his inspirational story of his passion and dedication to personal training. "Visualize. If you can’t see it, you can’t achieve it!" has always been his philosophy which he instills into all his clients.

Rizam - Partner

Rizam is a seasoned veteran in the fitness industry. He started his personal training career in California Fitness when they first opened their doors in Singapore, achieving numerous personal training awards during his time there, after which he moved on to become a freelance personal trainer. Before starting Energia Fitness Club, he was a director of Sky Fitness Harbourfront in Singapore and also offered consultation services to Mega Gym in Brunei.

Rizam is a very experienced personal trainer, with more than 15 years of personal training experience under his belt, he has also trained local celebrities such as MTV VJ Donita Rose, and busy business executives. His collection of clients’ testimonials are a true testament of his passion and ability as a personal trainer.

Bryan - Partner

Bryan has been a sportsman practically his entire life. From the age of 7 to 21 he swam competitively both locally and abroad. During the same period, he also actively competed in local tennis and golf tournaments. Bryan’s love for sport has seen him take up other sports like running and cycling, which he avidly engages in to date.

Having such exposure it was only natural for Bryan to pursue a career in the fitness industry. After working part-time as a trainer through university, he became a full-time trainer following the opening of Energia Fitness Club. Since then, he has amassed a very diverse client pool ranging from regular clients to national athletes.
